1. Order Policy

• All cards are handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring uniqueness and quality.
• For ready made orders 2-5 days, for customized ones 10-14 days required.
• Customers are encouraged to provide clear instructions and personalization details at the time of order.

2. Customization Policy

• Personalized designs (names, dates, messages) must be double-checked by the customer before production.
• As this is a piece of artwork, it won't be exactly identical; there will be some variations. However, we will do our utmost to ensure it resembles the original as closely as possible.
• Major changes after production has started may not be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 2-5 days for ready-made orders, and 14 days for customized order after confirmation of design.
• Delivery times may vary based on location.
• At present, we ship within Qatar and aim to expand internationally soon.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Since each card is custom-made, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Refunds are considered only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
• Digital proofs will be provided for approval to minimize errors.

5. Care Instructions

• Our cards are made with high-quality materials, but they should be kept away from moisture and direct sunlight for longevity.
• Hand-painted elements may require gentle handling.

6. Privacy & Data Policy

• Any personal details provided for customizations are used only for creating your card and will not be shared with third parties.
• Customer data is handled securely and responsibly.
